FS8 is a new fitness studio franchise that offers a workout experience combining elements of Pilates, Reformer, and Yoga. FS8 is owned by the same global company as F45.

How do you compare?

Both FS8 Stratford and Strong + Bendy studios are just a few minutes walk from Hackney Wick station.

FS8 offers all their classes in one studio. Strong + Bendy has a dedicated new reformer studio on Prince Edward Road and Yoga and Mat Pilates at the OG studio on Trowbridge Road.

Strong + Bendy is better value than FS8, their drop in class price is £32, at Strong + Bendy drop in Yoga and Mat Pilates is £18 and Reformer £28. Our prices decrease incrementally too, so £18/ £28 per class is the highest you’ll ever pay.

FS8 uses digital screens to remind participants of the moves, some people find this very helpful and motivating, however at Strong + Bendy we think your reformer and yoga classes should be an opportunity to digitally disconnect and have some much needed time away from screens.
