Which classes are suitable for pregnant customers?
Our ‘Chilled’ classes are suitable for pregnant customers in T1, but not in T2 and T3.
Our ‘Juicy’ and ‘Spicy’ classes are suitable for pregnant customers in T1 who’ve practised reformer regularly before becoming pregnant. Not suitable when in T2 and T3.
Which classes are suitable for pre-natal customers?
We recommend you only practise reformer again once signed off by your midwife. We suggest coming back to ‘Chilled’ classes at first, before progressing back up to ‘Juicy’ and ‘Spicy’ classes.

After the first trimester it’s recommended you don’t lie down on your back. Most reformer pilates classes involve significant time lying down on your back.
We kindly ask that you respect our teachers if they tell you it’s not advisable to take the class - it is for yours (and your baby’s!) safety.
