What’s Chilled Reformer Pilates?

A Reformer Pilates class suitable for beginners or those looking for a more chilled practice that day.

If you have never done Reformer pilates before this is the only appropriate class for you at this stage.

You will still get a full body workout with some challenging sections, but it will have slower transitions and simpler moves to allow you to get to grips with the style of training. This class always leaves plenty of time at the end to stretch out and relax.

We also offer our ‘JUICY’ and ‘SPICY’ classes that offer a more intense workout.

What’s the right class for me?

This class is suitable for beginners, those working around an injury and in early stage pregnancy.

This class isn’t suitable if you’re in later stage pregnancy (after 12 weeks) as you will be lying down on your back and occasionally your front too.
