What’s ‘Juicy’ Reformer Pilates?

A challenging intermediate class that is only recommended if you’ve taken 4 or more ‘CHILLED’ classes with us or beginners classes at another studio.

This class will have challenging moves, dynamic fun flows and options for heavier spring tensions.

  • Not really! It’s recommended you take at least 4 ‘chilled’ classes with us before progressing to this class.

  • This class is only suitable in T1 of pregnancy AND only if you’ve practised reformer pilates regularly before becoming pregnant.

    This class isn’t suitable In T2 and T3 as it’s recommended you avoid lying on your back - which is a regular occurrence in reformer pilates classes.

    If you’d like to continue with reformer into T2 and T3 of your pregnancy our Head Coach, Robynne, offers pre-natal one-to-one sessions which can be booked directly with her by emailing robynne@strongandbendy.co.uk

  • It’s possible the teacher can modify around your injury, but it’s recommended if you’re working around an injury that you try our ‘Chilled’ classes first to see how you get on!
