What’s the no-show fee?

Reformer classes are so popular that we strongly encourage participants to cancel their space in a class if they cannot attend in order to free the space up for another participant.

No matter how close to the start time you must cancel your booking - either by logging into our website or in the Strong + Bendy Reformer app.

If you don’t cancel your space and ‘no-show’ for a class you will be charged a £10 penalty fee the following day.

If you believe you have been charged in error and did attend the class but forgot to check in, please email julia@strongandbendy.co.uk or reach us on Whatsapp on 07507931847 ASAP so we can rectify this for you.
