How does the waitlist work for Strong + Bendy Reformer?

If the class start-time is more than 12+ hours away

When you’re first in line on the waitlist and a spot becomes available you’ll be automatically added to the class and receive a text and/ or email to confirm.

You don’t need to confirm you’re going to attend.

Like any normal booking you can cancel your space if you no longer want to attend.

As usual if you cancel more than 12 hours before the class starts you keep your credit, lass than 12 hours and your class credit is deducted.

If the class start time is less than 12 hours away

The waitlist works on a ‘fist to claim’ basis.

When a spot opens up, all waitlisted clients will receive a text notification, and the first to respond gets the spot.

Please note, accepting a spot this way means you’ll be within the late cancellation period.

Please do not show up to the studio unless you’re booked in, we do not manage the waitlist in-studio, this is all done via text and email.
