New to exercise?

What classes are suitable if I’m new to exercise? 

We strongly advise you start with one of our ‘CHILLED’ classes. It’s important you know the fundamentals of using the equipment before moving onto our ‘JUICY’ and ‘SPICY’ classes that offer more advanced exercises.

Our class are categorised as follows:

CHILLED: a class suitable for beginners or those looking for a more chilled practice that day.

JUICY: more challenging moves, dynamic flows and options for heavier spring tensions.

SPICY: the most intense class on our schedule; balancing work, higher repetitions and longer holds for a low impact but high intensity workout.
