What’s your cancellation policy?

Classes are subject to a strict 12 hour cancellation policy.

You need to cancel more than 12 hours before your class start time in order to keep the credit to use against another class.

Many studios have a 24 hour cancellation policy - we have a more generous 12 hour policy, as we understand sometimes things come up and you need to reschedule a class.

However as we do have a more generous policy - it does mean we make no exceptions to it.

Please do not ask us to credit classes back to your account which you’re looking to cancel if the class start time is within 12 hours. This includes for illness, train delays or childcare issues.

We do understand missing a class when you’ve paid for it isn’t ideal, but as class numbers are small keeping to this policy is the only way to run a viable business.
