What’s your cancellation policy?

Classes are subject to a strict 8 hour cancellation policy. You need to cancel more than 8 hours before your class start time in order to keep the credit to use against another class. 

Every other studio we know of has a 12 hour or 24 hour cancellation policy - we are one of the few that has a more generous 8 hour policy, as we understand sometimes things come up and you need to reschedule a class.

However as we do have a more generous policy - it does mean we make no exceptions to it. Please do not ask us to credit classes back to your account which you’re looking to cancel if the class start time is within 8 hours. This includes for illness, train delays or childcare issues.

We do understand missing a class when you’ve paid for it isn’t ideal, but as class numbers are small keeping to this policy is the only way to run a viable business.
