Strong + Bendy Reformer delivers inclusive Reformer Pilates classes that cater to all levels—from beginners to experienced participants—within a welcoming, non-judgmental environment.

Strong + Bendy Reformer is based at 5 Prince Edward Road E95LX, just a few minutes walk from Hackney Wick station.

Please note: we used to run a strength and yoga studio on Trowbridge Road, Hackney Wick which is no longer open. All of our classes are run from the Prince Edward Road studio.

We strongly advise you start with one of our ‘chilled’ classes. It’s important you know the fundamentals of using the equipment before moving onto our ‘JUICY’ and ‘SPICY’ classes that offer more advanced exercises.
Our reformer classes are categorised as:
CHILLED: a class suitable for beginners or those looking for a more chilled practice that day.
JUICY: more challenging moves, dynamic flows and options for heavier spring tensions.
SPICY: the most intense class on our schedule; balancing work, higher repetitions and longer holds for a low impact but high intensity workout.
We’ve seen the videos on TikTok… girls that look like ballet dancers balancing upside down and backwards on a reformer bed.. we think that looks scary too!
Reformer can be a very safe and effective way of improving your strength, posture and coordination. With our supportive teachers we promise it isn’t as intimidating as it looks!
